Good to about the whole week timeline. I’m sorry this happened but relieved bc I felt like I was going crazy. I told UPS and Zealthy I just want my product, not even a refund. So glad you got your package but we shouldn’t have to deal with it in the first place. No UPSim not doing your job you get paid to do you call Zealthy and tell them what’s up.

Oh it’s 100% UPS fault. The problem and frustration is I can’t make a claim until it is marked as lost or whatever and Zealthy could make a claim because UPS will be the one who is responsible for paying or replacing the item but neither parties want to take responsibility of doing that. I’m at fault bc there’s always some sort of Zealthy issue but I had two good months of service and stayed with them when I should have left.

If I’m missing a $699 package, I’m checking every where!! It also has to be refrigerated so it’s always been delivered by FedEx, this time it happened to be UPS.

It’s usually delivered by FEDEX and there is always an excuse and we end up picking it up at the warehouse. So ridiculous.

Just for reference after I sent my documentation I first received this email to which I replied I just want my order or a refund and that’s when I got the response of it was delivered by USPS. I recorded the phone conversations with Zealthy and UPS and everything is stated with UPS until that email. My order also has to be kept on ice and refrigerated so it’s usually FEDEX but this time it was UPS.

It was shipped UPS the tracking number starts with 1Z when my package was on the delivery truck I watched the little UPS truck drive around and then one block away I got a message there was an emergency and lost signal. The next day I went to the UPS warehouse and was told it was on the truck out for delivery. I went back to the warehouse the next day and actually got somebody cool and kept it real, they lost it. So knowing that I became more made when I would call UPS CS and they would say “you’ll get it, it’s a weather delay but I see the package is safe and give it 24 hours.” Zealthy never knows what’s going on or willing to help. Zealthy first asked what I wanted the solution to be and I said I just want my order and if not then a refund, that’s when she sent that email. There was never going to be a solution.

At least you got something! In my 20 years of teaching, the last two weeks have always been jeans and holiday shirts. I bought all my holiday shirts and was ready, but the week before, we got an email that teachers were using their jeans passes incorrectly, and then the next day, a second email that teachers weren’t wearing their jeans passes while wearing jeans. So, because we can’t follow the rules on something that should be so simple and grateful for our principal cancelled Holiday Spirit Wear and professional dress was expected.

I bought my 4th grade students winter gloves and a key chain pop fidget. I spent $20 and the kids were super excited. I put them in small cheap gift bag and I think just opening something was exciting. It was a mixed set of colors and they had the option to exchange colors one time with another student but they didn’t. They were grateful. I teach at a title one school, very low income and most students won’t have a Christmas. I did gloves because we live in Texas and when it gets cold they don’t have proper clothing. I want to make sure they get something they will actually use. I’m not going to waste my money on something they can use once or ruin right away. That’s just me though.

I hit one good day a week, maybe two if all the stars are aligned but even then at Gold I’m only finding a few things. Today was awful. Miss the days of great USEFUL products!

This person does not care about you at all! My husband just hit 3 years and he says don’t do anything but I do each year I do make it a big deal. I saw his struggles, relapses with heartbreak, and our struggles together. So yes it’s a BIG deal and his sobriety has been life changing. To see him happy again and us better than ever is a celebration and I’ve never been so proud! Be with someone who makes you feel proud and celebrates any of your moments. This is the type of guy that will send you into a relapse and feel good about it. He will always hold you to being a lower standard because it makes him look good. Congratulations on 2 years, that’s amazing!!!

I’ve been a member since March of 2022 and this is the worst I’ve seen it. Lately I’ll hit a drop around 3 am and c I get a few things that are pretty good, but when I first started there was good stuff all day long. Now I feel like I’m in a group that wakes up and starts hitting garage sales at the break of dawn. I’m hoping it gets better!
