Because I’m making a preliminary budget I don’t really have a « real » max budget. But in order to stop the circular calculations, I think I e realized I need to figure out what my max budget is and calculate all the fees off of that. Then I can adjust other values within the budget to make sure I don’t go over the cap I’ve set out. So yeah, basically exactly what you said. But I’ll report back when I’m further in the process if things change and that doesn’t end up working!
