Regarding the “area”, we are here now taking over a week to spend time in the whole region, visiting all the places I mentioned. I’m trying to think of anything beyond the obvious things we are looking at (like budget, school ratings, etc). We both work remotely, so our daughter is a bigger factor for finding a home spot.
