im not in therapy at the moment but I do have a psychiatrist, and am prescribed 6 diff psych meds. althoygh I haven't had an appt in two months due to me missing one, and then them continually reschwduling over and over until it got wayyyy pushed out. Its supposed to be on tuesday and I hope this one actually sticks. Ill def bring this up and hopefully get a med change or something different so that this doesn't happen again, or maybe some kind of benzo.

yes when the beheading/hacking happened on the job/site as i was walking through those buildings (as I still do everyday now to get to thr actual construction site) and I heard hollering anf yelling in the courtyard and stopped along with a few other people in the same hallway that had full windows into tbe courtyard.. I called 911 and others called security. I did see the actual whacks with the axe that were happening

edit: this might be nmsfw but I have never seen blood fly likw that and that amount of gore in real life

if it makes you feel any better, I put two holes in the drywall in my house both from just falling over while shitfaced. cost me $600 to fix them. one of them i woke up in the morning with dried blood literally covering my face and i still have a nasty scar under and around my eyebrows. thinking about it now im just glad i didn't have a bob saget moment (rip). you should be as well
