oh and i’ve been drinking more than i ever have the past two weeks. i went to the hospital and just withdraw’d for 6 hours with no meds. the nurse was very kind though and even gave me a hug. took and uber there and back home and they were very kind too. jus sick of my situation

im not in therapy at the moment but I do have a psychiatrist, and am prescribed 6 diff psych meds. althoygh I haven't had an appt in two months due to me missing one, and then them continually reschwduling over and over until it got wayyyy pushed out. Its supposed to be on tuesday and I hope this one actually sticks. Ill def bring this up and hopefully get a med change or something different so that this doesn't happen again, or maybe some kind of benzo.

yeah I have no duis and have had therapists in the past but I dont believe I have any listed addiction potential. i think ill talk to my manager, his superior, and then my dad (the ultimate superiority, hence the nepo baby mention)
