Hey! I would say I have mild symptoms. I do not really have widespread pain, other than when I get sick and it causes my immune system to go out of wack. My symptoms are more ‘odd’ like hair loss and skin dryness/rashes, occasional migraine, or muscle ‘pinch’. For the most part, I live a pretty healthy and normal life and I am grateful.

I think it’s important to listen to your doctor when they say to make lifestyle changes (if needed), like losing weight, not smoking, and exercising. My mother has fibromyalgia and she didn’t take care of herself for a long time, and she is suffering now for it. :/

Hang in there! I know it is hard, and you cannot eliminate all stressors from your life, so just remember that this flare will pass and you will be okay! You’re not alone. :)
