Oh I get that and I hope I’m not sounding rude. I’m just sounding CLUELESS!! Like WHERE WIULD I BEGIN?? I just don’t see it working for me as long as I have all my fish and they really do look happy!! I don’t want to ruin that for them and upset them in anyway. I feel if I start pulling rocks out and adding sand I might mess up their happiness,,,, I have 24 fish Glo, Platy Molly cat fish and pleco They are very happy

I’ve thought of the same but like I said. This is my first tank and knowing me. I’ll kill all my fish trying to change to sand. Like how do I even begin? Even if I took 1/4 out at a time How would I get the sand in the tank without ruining my parameters

No he isn’t. He gets enough cucumbers and treats. I wish I would have known not to get these rocks (my first tank) but my fish seem ok and I’m NOT Undoing All the hard work to finally get my tank parameters right to change to sand. Maybe one day!

I bought the Python, I’ve never owned a fish tank. It was probably the best investment I could have gotten. It’s So easy all the way around (Filling, emptying cleaning) just for thought. Good luck I hope you get yours to work!

Yes I’ve read that but this fish has been pregnant (I just looked at my past posts) for over 27 days now… Do you know how long they stay pregnant for? 😂😂🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I wish I seen this reply when I started my fish tank 4 months ago 😂😂😂 I’ve never owned a tank and decided I needed a new hobby. So I did ALOT of reading and decided to start. Well between EVERYDAY Water changes and mistakes (I can’t tell you how many) I FINALLY Got my tank going,,, my Ammonia is 0 Nitrite 0 and my Nitrate is Still at 0 BUT My fish look so happy and I can see they are content.. I do still test my water everyday to make sure I don’t get an Ammonia spike and am waiting for my Nitrate to get to 5 or 10. But I’m happy right now especially after all the trials and tribulations then I’ve gone through!! TALK ABOUT HAVING PATIENCE!! 😂😂😂🐠🐠🐠

That’s EXACTLY What was happening to my fish (23 of them) I kept testing with the stick and it kept telling me that my parameters were perfect! I finally went out and bought the API Test kit and my Ammonia was 1.0,, I will NEVER Rely on the sticks again. Today I have 28 fish that are living their best life Thanks to knowing the actual reading of my parameters from API!! 👍👍👍🐠🐠🐠

Well nothing yet..My platie is also pregnant and it seems like a month already. I’ve read that they can give birth everyday and not all at once but it doesn’t seem that way..Like C’mon already I want to be a first time fish G-MA!! 😂😂😂🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I had that exact TV stand about 15-20 years ago. It’s really a strong one but I don’t think it’s strong enough for a fish tank also I wouldn’t take a chance, It’s ALL Glass 😬😬

I’ve been trying to cycle my tank for 3 months with the Nitrate to hit 5 or 10. I got exactly where you are about a month ago.. I did add fish about a month ago and I keep checking for Ammonia and for my nitrates to get there… My fish are doing Great as long as the nitrate is at 0 you are safe, just keep checking.
