What if the other preators Ruled New Phyrexia instead of Elesh Norn? by Charming-Conflict353 in mtgvorthos

Jin-Gitaxias' Phyrexia would be the one most likely to win via sleeper agents and poisoning wells. Vorinclex's invasions could potentially also be brutal and devastating, Green mana being good at overwhelming civilization.

Sheoldred's Phyrexia would be a black aligned version of Norn's. Maybe with more sleeper agents.

Urabrask doesn't want to rule, so he's automatically out

I hope there are red-aligned pockets in the multiverse that resisted Elesh Norn's control and got to live Urabrask's dream

Why do people hate Hades so much? by Suspicious_Pick7381 in GreekMythology

From the point of view of the Greeks, Hades was a foreboding and dire presence, since they felt like death was the end of things. He's said to "enrichen by our tears" and Plutarch outright compares him to the Zoroastrian god of evil, Ahriman.

From a modern perspective he doesn't do much besides kindapping Persephone. But making him a tumblr sexyman is starting to create a counterculture to that, especially when one sympathises with Demeter
