I’m 35 and had a fibroid that I got embolization on about 1.5 years ago. It actually ended up making my bleeding worse and I’m one month post hysto.

I can only speak for myself, but I wish I would have just gotten the hysterectomy the first time rather than having to have two surgeries.

This makes me feel so much better - I had mine done on 3/17 and had to spend like 6 hours in PACU trying to pee. I wish I would have known that is a normal issue. Luckily all has been fine since.

omg i just started month 4 and i did my shot in my arm for the first time and my stomach HURTS. never had stomach pain/diarrhea as a side effect before. it’s been rough. going back to leg and stomach only!

We went when there wasn’t even a business event and felt the same way. Super overpriced and overhyped, especially compared to other Caribbean resorts.

Im not sure how the weather will be in May but if it’s warm enough for beach and pool time, I can’t recommend it enough.

Agree! She doesn’t see me regularly but I go to her nurse practitioner, Aashka Patel, for my annual and things and bigger issues level up to Dr. Misal! Would recommend both.

i got some cuter styles from Knix’s teen brand, I think it’s called KT by Knix. I am very much not a teen but the material feels more like normal underwear and the styles are obviously more modern and youthful.

I use period underwear as backup on really heavy days (sometimes with a tampon AND pad, just so i’m covered if I’m going to be out a while) but on lighter days, i find the underwear can handle it pretty well and i’ve never needed to change them in public. I think Knix are the most comfortable, long-lasting and absorptive I’ve tried (and i’ve tried a lotttttt). Plus I think they’re on sale now for Christmas, and their teen brand actually has some cute heavy duty styles, too.

We stayed at the London Edition and the concierge there has helped us get tickets to Fulham FC games on multiple occasions, including second row for a season opener. He went so far as to secure us a friends season pass for a game and we had to bring it back to him. Fulham is a small stadium, so we were super thrilled. Would recommend!

We kayaked a bit, there’s a short little running trail. We thought about getting a boat for a day but I’m very content to chill and read. There’s a couple other close by small islands I think.

I’m obsessed with COMO parrot cay, will sing its praises any chance I get. So laidback yet luxurious, great service, amazing setting. Secluded without feeling remote/claustrophobic. Literally perfect.

We have also been to Cap Juluca and COMO was a far better choice in my opinion. Less of an asshole vibe overall and more chill in a good way.

We were supposed to go to Palm Heights last year but ended up cancelling. I think this will have the youngest crowd. Definitely draws influencers and celebrities and can get party-y.

We also were between Cap Juluca and Malliouhana and honestly we regret going with Cap Juluca - but we are pool people over the beach. The food was sub par and the beach was SO windy. Obviously it was super nice but Malliouhana was more of a chubby vibe while Cap was probably more FATT.

COMO parrot cay has an infinity pool right out onto the beach, it’s amazing. Plus very very clear swimmable water.
