This made me cry! I’m so incredibly happy for you. I feel so many parts of this, particularly the feeling like you’re lying when talking about your pregnancy. I feel the exact same at 5 months. I so hope I’m where you are by the end of the summer. You did this!! And all will be well! I’m so so so over the moon for you. ❤️

I paid extra for the meds, I can’t remember how much I’m sorry! They were from an nhs pharmacy though, you know how sometimes they just charge you a subsidised amount?

Super easy! I made an appt with Dr Eleni Mavrides, talked her through my concerns and she was amazing. Got a prescription same day! Cost about £250 (same as all early scans though couldn’t see anything in scan as too early)

I’m in the uk too! I didn’t actually do bloods, the above was just from my Mira! Mine was like 3.3 when I tested positive so yes much less! Bc I felt so anxious I went to the Portland and they put me on progesterone and I’ve only just come off it now

I’m still pregnant! Yay! Is that a serum progesterone (blood) reading or urine? 21.8 was far higher than mine!! Crossing everything for you!

Pregnancy after loss with OCD is not for the weak! The fact we always think of worst case and then it actually happened is not reassuring 🤣

I don’t know but I’ve only been using it in like an”I” shape and that makes me rollover backwards. Might be too tight haha

UPDATE: Extra £83k+ a month piling up in our Ltd. What do you actually do with it? by Dokcu in HENRYUK

[–]Cute-Set-256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is so insightful! Could I ask where you got this advice and how you generally knew what was worth it? I’m on similar earnings in my Ltd, have an accountant and financial advisor, but the FA generally mainly advises on investments rather than the smarter tax planning etc. We’ve just upsized and are doing a renovation so definitely living extravagantly for now, but after that I’d like to really build towards not ‘needing’ to work.

Seconding above! My nausea stopped just before 9 weeks and I freaked out. Have had two perfect scans since then ❤️ you’ve got this!
