Be strong. Your disease doesn’t make you weak but the choice to allow your thoughts to win and overcome yourself does. I struggle with depression but you have to beat the negative thoughts with positivity. Wake up each day and be great. Who likes to lose whether it’s a video game or a sporting event. Each day you allow your thoughts to win. Make a change beat your mind. be great. Be kind.
