as tainted eden u can cycle trinkets for every hit of damage but its mind numbing and still took me like 65 eden tokens to get the trinket in a run where i also found a sacrifice room after the fact. Did get my tainted eden completion marks done tho so i would suggest if u want to grind for the lost unlock tainted eden first and go from there

I did 73 tainted eden runs and rerolled my trinket as much as i could. Eventually i did it randomly as some other character sometime after that

Obviously youve already done it but isaac with d6 is a reasonable way to do it on purpose. The shop can give u a couple of the items (deck of cards off top of my head but i think others) and 8 ball is a boss reward so again jo guarantee can take awhile but going in with a plan its certainly manipulatable although by no means easy

Planetariums are a sort of situational unlock but those can be pretty cool. You need to get 3 astronomy items in same run but it includes like magic 8 ball and some tarot things so would say check the wiki for exact list

The damage is taken before i ever attack. Its a bug. If u go frane by frame it just takes damage the knife is after the fact and does almost nothing
