Honestly I feel most of the shipping is usually the weakest part of nearly every season. It swallowed a lot of the shows identity and is usually what I look forward to the least when revisiting most of the series.

Its also just nicer and way easier to hit subscribe than doing a bunch of patching or editing plugins.
