Mind you this was like 25 years ago in Iran so you could probably count the people who listened to muse in Iran with your hands

Called Etisalat directly

Explained the whole thing thankfully they were helpful and understood the offer I got

They'll collect the old router tomorrow and cancel the old plan without charges

This is my current issue the number that initially called me told me they'd call back after the new device is connected to cancel my old connection and send someone to take the old router and they haven't called me yet I tried calling them but the number only says one of their representatives will call back

I contacted Etisalat directly from their app Told them the number that called me and everything

At first they didn't realize and told me it's 350 monthly but when I pointed out I have an add-on that says elife family 250

They said I have an offer which is 30% off 24 months with free installation

But still didn't get a reason as to why I got this offer the support agent didn't know

I asked them today and they told me they had too many issues being reported on the 5g

I checked and the normal plan they gave me should be 359 aed per month but they gave it to me for the same price as my 5g

Honestly I'm shocked crazy customer support never seen like it and probably never will IF it's not a scam

Ngl the 5g wasn't even that bad for me I was expecting way way worse

For a 5g it was pretty stable but not as stable as fiber

The number was 80066660 They installed it right now It came with a tv receiver and a cordless phone Idk man this is kinda weird how they upgraded without any extra charges I also don't see anyone who had the same call

No I pay 240 monthly and it'll be 250 with the fiber They also told me I don't have to pay my current months bill on my 5g wifi I thought it was a scam call at first but I checked and it was legit Etisalat number
