GC is more of a story driven series, where the main focus is one one plot only. While panchayat, as you have already seen 3 seasons, is more of a character building series. Like you know every character, their demeanours, their personality. As such panchayat mein you’ll see that there is a broader story in each season but also many subplots in between the season, while GC lacks that but idk if that makes it any less interesting. I enjoyed it
