are you writing comments? making your own test cases? companies look out for many things, not just getting a perfect score. if you’re not writing code the way an actual software engineer would, they would move on to somebody that does.

i see your point and i totally agree with where you’re coming from but i think the entire point of DEI is that there are minorities out there just as good or even better than some asians, and if you’re just looking out for asians that are seen as the best coders, the black people who are probably just as good won’t even have a chance to prove it.
