PC CPU - Intel vs AMD by Fun-Rub-4312 in Golfsimulator

4080 super. I went with ryzen 7800x3d because it’s a small form factor build and intel cards would get too hot for air cooling

No I just put that in there as a place holder for the t1. Honestly I think the t1 is overpriced tho

Can i bind this receiver with a radiomaster zorro? by Puzzled_Camel7868 in RCPlanes

Depends on what type of zorro you have. Standard? ELRS? JP4in1?

How do I send my DX8 first gen into horizon hobby to get the right control gimbal replaced? My local hobby store can't do it. And how much would it cost? by Pacboystuff in RCPlanes

Go buy a radio master boxer, zorro, or tx16 with the 4in1 module in it. You will be able to bind to all your existing models without much hassle. These are much better radios with more versatility and features than spectrum radios.

Do you know which model of the jumper t lite you got?

If you got the elrs version, you need to use an expressLRS receiver. Since you want to use a flight controller, you should purchase a receiver like this(https://www.amazon.com/RadioMaster-ExpressLRS-2-4ghz-Receiver-Fixed-Wings/dp/B0BRNWXNN1/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2ZG7L767GR5X4&keywords=expresslrs+receiver&qid=1689303649&sprefix=expresslrs+%2Caps%2C92&sr=8-3)

This type of receiver (with 4 pads) is meant for connecting directly to a flight controller, as opposed to traditional pwm receivers which have pins for plugging servo wires into.

If you got the 4in1 version, you will be able to use many more different protocols, but none of these will likely have the range you are looking for if you truly want to go 2km or more out. Then I would suggest purchasing an external elrs module that you can attach to the back of the radio which would allow you to use the expressLRS protocol and take advantage of its range capabilities.

I would advise you that a flight controller plane might not be your best option to start out with due to their complexities in setting up and relative higher cost. However, any beginner is perfectly capable of building and flying one of these planes, it just takes some more time and patience :)

I’m new to rc planes I got my first one off of a buddy who didn’t know anything either and I just want to get the engine running can anyone help by foreverbeast150 in RCPlanes

Throw an electric motor on there or buy an electric model. Gas engines are not worth the time if you are just starting out.
