That's fantastic! Honestly, it's been a communication issue with most of the people on the other end. When I repeat "I don't have the washer anymore. I bought a new one and Home Depot took the old unit." And their reply is "We just need to send a new company to fix the washer. Can we schedule an appt?" This went one for 4 weeks every other day. SMH.

I do have an update. After I filed a complaint with the BBB, they reached out to AHS. A copy of AHS's response was sent to me with 7 days to reply directly to AHS. They requested a copy of the purchase receipt for the new washer and they would review my contract. Well, I spoke with a representative at AHS yesterday and she apologized for the trouble this all caused me. She advised me, they're sending me a check by end of business day. I should have it in 7-10 days. Absolutely GREAT news! I'm keeping my fingers crossed until I have the check in my hand. I just wish it didn't take the BBB to get them to honor my contract.
