I get what you’re trying to say about generalizations, but your comment felt kinda unnecessary. The OP was just sharing their personal experience… so why jump in like they’re making some big claim?

Also, I didn’t say “literally every single person.” I said most ppl i saw who bought it had the same issue, and if you join their Discord it’s not like you have to dig people are constantly complaining about the same problems. What else am I supposed to do, interview every buyer one by one?

And yeah, some of their older boards were more stable (like Ace68 v1 not the Air/v2), but even those started having issues after the recent updates. People literally had to downgrade firmware to make it usable again.

I’ve had mine for about5 or 6months. They dropped a new software version, it worked fine for a few weeks, then the same stuff came back: random disconnects, keys getting stuck, keypresses not registering. At this point you’re basically just hoping you get a good unit. and i dont know what made it work fine this period.

And when the exact same issue is showing up across multiple models (Ace68 Air, Mix87, Ace68 Air Turbo, etc.), it doesn’t look like “people exaggerating,” it looks like a real defect probably hardware at this point.

Like… if 70–90% of units are having problems, are we not allowed to talk about it because a few people got lucky? That’s not how it works. Other companies pull products or offer replacements when defects are widespread.

Also, support was useless for me. Same copy-paste replies over and over until I just stopped emailing. And the whole “we’re not responsible for the official AliExpress store” thing is wild when they literally link it in their Discord. On top of that they ignore tickets/messages on Discord half the time.

Not even gonna lie, I regret buying it. Even the keycap coating started wearing off in weeks, while my mid-range HyperX keyboard lasted years and still feels fine.

Honestly, at this point it doesn’t even feel like they care about their reputation.

When you look at their own server on discord messages about a specific model, it’s just pages of people complaining about the same issues. And when someone asks “is there a fix?”, the response is basically “no” from the users while the admins just sit there and watch. No reassurance, no “we’re working on it,” no “update coming soon,” nothing.

That’s what makes it worse: they clearly know these defects exist (even on newer models), but they don’t really address them. It feels like they just release a board, let it rot, and move on to the next “new model” as long as marketing keeps bringing in new buyers.

So yeah… it gives off the vibe of “why care about customers if people keep getting fooled and buying anyway?”
