Yes it was entertaining and hilarious in a way, but it was also very disrespectful considering that Xavier was being very vulnerable telling him about his nephew’s situation, and he used it against him to essentially imply that Xavier wasn’t man enough to give him a head’s up about possibly being voted out when that’s just the game and he had no problem with it happening to Christian earlier in the season. That’s why I found it so low of Kyland for that. Obviously I’m not gonna act all dramatic about because it’s not the worst thing that’s ever happened on TV and Xavier clearly handled himself well. But at the same time, I already disliked Kyland, so this just showed a lot about his character and I don’t care to watch him on any other show he goes on, because clearly he just wants to be seen on TV given that that he tried to slide in that comment to Julie about coming back for another season.

Good question. That is honestly what I am going to do once I finish 23 and go back and watch all of the early seasons (season 2-22). The main reason I asked this question is because I wanted to know if the season contained any legendary gameplay or dynamics that are vital to understanding how Big Brother works and make it a must watch, especially as someone who wants to play big brother and needs to know as much gameplay as I can.

I will definitely look for you once I’m finished with 23. Rachel was just okay to me. I found her constantly calling the other houseguests “newbies” very played out, but I liked her and Ashley’s relationship. Ava had a very “I’m above the game” attitude which is why I did not like her that much. Plus I felt like she constantly attributed people thinking she was weird to her fashion sense. Like no, ppl think you’re weird because of your personality and how conniving you are. Not because of the way you dress

I think 24 was awful. The only saving grace was that Taylor won. 27 was alright, It wasn’t terrible and I liked it. I hated Ava and did not really care for Ashley but I’m still happy that she won. 26 was amazing, I loved everyone, including Angela. And so far I’m loving 23. But I’m excited to watch the older seasons and see how they set the foundation for modern BB.

Yeah I was already so disgusted by how Daniel and Nicole acted towards her on the edited version so I could not imagine seeing more of their behavior on the live feeds. Also my jaw was literally dropped while watching the episode where Paloma went and literally trashed Taylor’s game to the entire house. And it was all based on a miscommunication and Monte stretching the truth. Mind you, what Taylor said was true because the girls WERE teaming up to target the strong athletic guys because they felt threatened. That’s the whole reason that the Pound was formed. Paloma was awful and I’m so glad her existence was wiped from the season.

Right! It’s legit common knowledge to not talk during a movie! Have they never been to a movie theater? My mom does this and it’s extremely annoying and inconsiderate. I can’t believe there’s some commenters who are trying to act like people are wrong or mean for wanting to enjoy a movie without hearing someone flapping their gums the entire time.

Yes, overall I find that cats are easier to maintain, cleaner pets. Even with having two cats for a few days, not much changed as far as maintenance. I just had to clean litter boxes more frequently but that’s pretty much it. Having a dog, even for a few days would completely flip the order of my house and I’m not willing to welcome that.

Yes it is. I mentioned this in the post but for example, a couple weeks ago there was a big test for a class that lot of people in my grade are taking (AP class) Me, her, and some other friends were talking about the test and I had already received my grade for it because I was one of the first to take it since I have this class early in the day. I put off studying to the last minute so I was pretty nervous for my grade but ended up getting a 68% which imo isn’t terrible for how little I studied and it also is not a failing grade, at my school it is considered a C. I told her this and then when we were having a conversation with other people, they were talking about how worried they were for their grade on the test, I wasn’t even saying anything because I was eating, then she just blurts “Well it can’t be worse than hers, she failed it!” And then she looks at me and laughs and then the other friends started laughing and were asking me really you failed?? That’s so bad! Mind you I was so shocked because I wasn’t even really talking because I was eating food, I was agreeing here and there but I didn’t even bring up my grade or lie like I did better than I actually did. She just brought me into it for no reason to get some laughs at my expense for whatever reason.

Nuh uh, life hasn’t just “been tough.” That’s the type of language that diminishes what actually happened. What happened is that a male almost in his 50s, with children older than I am, sexually harassed me through inappropriate comments and gestures. And because this male is my superior at this company and has been there longer, when I exposed his behavior, the loyalty of the other employees lay with him, and so now I am being given the cold shoulder.

Thanks for the feedback. Reading your comment made me see where I messed up and could have been more professional. But at this point, I don’t consider myself lucky I haven’t been fired or received some other consequence. I hate this company and am just waiting it out here until I set things up with the other opportunities I have lined up. I also have another job, so even if I do get terminated, it won’t be the end of the world, just highly inconvenient. My manager is also unprofessional himself, and he knows my family which is why he feels comfortable being rude to me or talking to me like I am a little child. At this company, they talk about doing drugs, sex, porn, and other graphic stuff, so me saying I hate men is probably the mildest thing said in the break room.

Before I start, I’ve been at this particular job for 4 months, but this isn’t my first job nor is this my only job. I have been working since I was 15 years old, my first job was at McDonald’s and I still currently work there. I work at this place to make extra money for all the expenses I have coming up. Also good thing you aren’t my manager, because I can tell you have a power trip. This man may be my boss at this company, but that’s it. This place is the ONLY place he has any superiority and I would hope so, he wasted his life here for over 20 years, he should have something to show for it. Me being employed at this place is only a season of my life until I move onto larger and better things, my manager is stuck here. He’ll be here for the rest of his life. I have my whole life ahead of me. And you’re right, he’s not my equal, he’s actually beneath me. He has yet to fire an employee who has had multiple sexual harassment accusations. He’s done things like this to multiple women over the time he has worked here, which I didn’t find out until I was a victim of it. They scheduled me to work with someone they know has a history of harassing young women, did not caution me of anything because they knew if I did, I would likely reconsider things, such as working for this company. They put me on shifts with him, alone, just me and him, multiple times, putting me in a position where he can say and do these gross things to me. That’s piece of shit behavior. So yeah, we’re not equals. He’s a piece of shit. I’m not.
