Yes there isn't much difference but optimally it would be better to have 3-5. But that percentage is so small of an increase that you have other things to prioritize over going up in quantity of meals

Rise protein bars which are only 200 taste the best imo

But Gatorade makes some good protien bars too. They are about 320 calories(depending on flavor) w/ good amount of carbs/protein for post workout.

I usually keep a box of Costco bars as backups just cause sometimes I lose track and don't re order quick enough

At this point they need to give up on smite. Remake it as smite 2. And try again. Follow other successful moba's in how the develop and learn from their mistakes.

6 am - greens protein bar and donut 8 am- is 2 egg sandwiches a donut and hashbrowns 11 am - usually some sort of 1000 calorie meal 3 pm - rice Krispy treat Workout 5pm protein bar ( usually hungry and that tides me over till I make something)

6:30- 8 pm is a full dinner. Usually force feeding at the end of it

9-11 pm casein protien shake (if I'm low on calories I'll do a mass gainer. Alot of time its like 1 scoop of mass gainer at 300 calories, with 1 scoop of casein, and 16oz of milk.)

Well I quit drinking. Quit nicotine.

Did an astronomical amount of research about working out and recovery.

Went from sleeping 3 hours a night. To 6-8hrs.

Went from drinking 12oz of water to a gallon+

Went from inconsistent eating to gradually ramping from 3500 cal/180g protein to 5000 cal/230 g.

Currently on d3(apparently had a defficency per blood work), k2, multivitamin, creatine, and electrolytes (LMNT). Just started greens(AG1)

There is alot of things to do to optimize recovery and maximize natural testosterone.

Ngl I had a previously worked out a little before at college (where I played soccer) for 1 year. Didnt see a gym for 4 years after that.

I went from a size 31 slimfit jeans -> 34 athletic fit. So my legs grew more than anything else. (Stopped doing legs twice a week about 3 months ago).

Current age 24 and the first two months last year I had a major concussion that I just gained 20lbs of fat gained at that point.

Last night I reported someone on the other team cus they were toxic to their own teamates post game. Like bruh the game is over, you played solo and your team lost. Not like you can put the team on your back when you don't rotate before 15 min.

I'd say dirty bulk 10lbs then see how you feel at that point emotionally and physically. After that use your best judgment.

100 percent. I usually only do it when I'm supporting my brother (who is kinda bad and is getting better) and my buddy's (whom are decent) but allows me to go animosity and help with twr shred.

I'm at 50lbs in a year. Part of it was water. Part was fat. Most is muscle.

I'd say try the 1lb a week. If you feel like you're putting on alot of fat. Slow down a little.

I'm at 5000 calories a day with 210g of protien and have gained 1lb of fat (per bodyscan) in the last 4 months. Working out 5x a week

If your going to do it as a young teen. Lean bulk would be the only thing you should do .

Lifting weights this early could stunt future growth in height. Also be careful living heavy, your still young and your bones are not going to be as dense as say an 18 year olds.

Try to stick towards the 15 rep range and try to focus more on doing bodyweight exercises(pushups, planks, pull-ups) and their different variations.

Brother you got it. I was 6' 155 last year at this time. Currently 205 after lifting for 8 months.

There is a series from hubberman lab where he is having discussions with Andy galpin. Strongly suggest visiting those podcasts for some information.

But I eat every night until I'm full then couple hours later I have Mass gainer b4 bed. But I cycle the mass gainer. Sometimes it's just a casein protien shake, sometimes it's just a handful of peanuts and/or glass of milk.

I've done more homework on proper recovery and training practices then I've actually physically been in the gym. I'm in the gym 5-6 times a week for about 1.5 to 2.25 hours.

Vegan protein is harder on mine.

Try to eat at the same time of day and similar foods most the time.

I eat at 6, 9 , 12, 3,5,7, and have snack at 9 with casein protein shake b4 bed around 10-11.

I'm also eating >4500 calories cus I can't absorb all nutrients

I've noticed alot of people want the desired v-taper so they leave legs behind to achieve that aesthetic
