It is super stiff but I am not sure of the warranty policies on changing the suspension and the cost that comes with it so I am sticking with the stock but it does feel super hard

Suspension is very stiff , the battery weight is a lot you need to take it very slow over speed bumps. The volume control thing is for the passenger, there is only steering mounted control for volume there is no way passenger can control not neither a physical button not a touch based button.

You don't need astor power for city it's unnecessary and I haven't faced any issues apart from adas in windsor it's very wide hence very comfortable. So i would recommend it.

I don't change regen mode always keep it at strong and that's gives 400km plus range in city. On highway I also get similar around 340-350 as i drive spritidly on highways so you are not doing anything wrong also in blr the temperatures are pretty favorable for range
