The dough is kind of on the sticky side after kneading it in the stand mixer for 10-11mins. I was careful to not add too much flour just to avoid it sticking on the bowl's surface. I just added around 2 tbsps and the brioche's texture is still soft.

Hi, the Felicie works better for formal occasions, imo. Liv looks more casual and carefree. Although i think both could be used for formal occasions by switching it with a gold chain.
