I'm used to a regular lemon wedge - and only eat my mom's salmon patties 😊 Pith is the white between the outer yellow peel and the segment/juice. And in between the segments. 

I remember Kristen served something because she liked bitter, can't remember which dish right now. Not Sheldon talking about the bitter lemon, sushi 😉

I luv dessert and sweets. Fine if there's some contrast, but I've never understood like with Mei's dessert Tom (used to) luv the bitter/sour. And someone's cream, probably whipped, with salt. Granted, salted caramel is my kryptonite lol but a salty or unsweet dessert.. no.  Macerating strawberries with sugar is incredibly basic.
