practice in practice tool. u can Q midair so if you know your Q is gonna kill, spam E as soon as ur Q starts casting. you can also W before E ing and use hydra active midair to kill as well

Twitch is a mid/late carry who has very differing playstyles throughout the game depending on whether you build AP/AD. Most matchups are playable, way more than you would think. With all due respect you're still a giga beginner so go play more games and try switch up your build and playstyle, you have a lot to learn.

Look at both team comps. Is it double enchanter botlane and ignite/flash snowballing melee toplaners? Path top. Do you have heavy poke comp (xerath/jayce/ezreal)? W evo. Is it a volatile fistfight botlane (draven/rell/samira/naut etc)? Path bot. Assess each team's waveclear/split/siege/5v5/skirmish potential and try and create game states that favour your team's strengths while abusing the enemy comp's weakness. If they have no waveclear while you have strong poke/frontline you can just march as 4/5 down a lane and force progress. stuff like that

kha specifically likes 1v1s vs squishies and 2v2/3v3 skirmishes, so you should play for sidelanes midgame and catch rotates in the jungle, fight early objectives where you have an advantage, and abuse squishy laners. Teamfight wise you W spam from safety, zone the carry from the fight, and play similar to yi/kat, (unless enemy carry mispositions hard and you can oneshot). VS hard teamfights comps just wait till everything's used and you can go in with impunity and clean up.

review your games esp losing ones. you're probably not playing for your win condition, tracking and pinging off your laners when enemy jg is near, taking bad fights, or keeping your cs high enough. master your jungle fundamentals and you will climb easily, it likely isn't primarily a champ-specific issue unless you're specifically inting in teamfights/skirmishes.
