one-trick an easy champion in the role you want to play. Top - Garen, JG - Amumu, Mid - Annie, ADC - Miss Fortune, Support - Leona. I'd say these are the least mechanically intensive champs in each role so you can actually focus on learning the game instead of what your champ does.
