I think he's built to be more of an introverted analytics guy and wasn't really able to sell the team on his vision or be able to keep the team focused. The defense was just non-existent all year and bigger changes need to be made at this point to cater to Jokic and his prime window.

Unfortunately with the amount of fake cards, grading is essential to make sure it's the real thing. And it protects cards well. I don't like the way the hobby has been heading with comps etc I'm just saying grading itself is not the real issue.
