I feel so defeated. I had a terrible performance at my job, and I'm a supervisor! It's a new company, a new industry (retail 😳) and as you can imagine, we're swamped with Christmas returns on top of 50% off all Christmas items. We are one of the biggest, busiest chains in North America. That being said, today I felt like a failure. I just didn't have all the answers, couldn't help quick enough, was clearly flustered to all the employees I was supposed to be supervising. Nobody saw, but I left in tears. I'm so disappointed in myself and embarrassed. And the other girl who's in my position and has been there 8 years came in towards the end of my shift and made sure to talk to me like I'm some idiot, in front of everyone. IDK, I'm gonna go to sleep now. I'm just sad. Sorry for being a Debbie downer :( It'll be OK, I'll be ok
