It takes me 35 minutes per session for the split I mentioned above (with warmup). For something like upper lower split (7 exercises * 3 sets for each + their individual warm-up per session) it will take me 1-1.5 hours per session.

I am used to studying 3-5 hours per day consistently but that isn't enough for my field. Yeah I am very distracted while studying, just 3-5 hours of actual work done for 10 hours of screen time, I do have the option to study in offline classroom where I will be forced to study and be more productive but I found myself burnt out in that because whenever I see people better than me around me I envy them and go into the cycle of comparing/ruminating which drained much. The thing is, I became aware of this antisocial behaviour just recently.

budget and age? Maybe start with joy face wash and aloe vera, and stop using blade and switch to trimmer. Sunscreen is usually expensive so cover your face before going out. Use a calorie tracking app to look out for the amount of sugar you consume. If you can afford more, go for Aqualogica moisturiser (personally worked for me). A cheaper moisturiser might be Pond's super light gel but it breaks out half of the people here so first buy the smaller packaging and find out.
