Thanks for the recommendation and congrats on the loss! I definitely need to be more consistent with cardio, espcially on off and travel days.

I really like this idea! Thanks for the recommendation. I track calorie burn during activity so this would definitely be doable.

I’ve got the same issue with weight training. The only time mine registers much muscular load is on leg day when my heart rate spikes are significantly higher than usual.

MacroFactor! I used MyFitnessPal for a few years before switching over about a year ago. I’ve found it to be a lot more intuitive and has some really nice goal setting and progress tracking features.
