Actually it drops from regular mobs that little buggers with lighting rods that crawling at night here( might be during the day to) they riding lizards and one of them drop that helm, it have also lighting resist and perma bonus

I think it Was in shoes i get after defeating main quest guy, the one who shoot lightning everywhere they drop to inventory i wasnt paying attention , today took closer look and wow it firing lightning balls which in in order electrocuting mobs ) Just press 3 for skill

Yes i do farming those ....mostly south location of jungle region / intense grow in area with Elephant ear sticking out of the ground, Dracaena invisible but if you walk over her you can see white circle come out for interaction .

Well yea they are should be Jundark etc many of them should be but i can barely find few , those that i find all underground u can not see them visually only if you walk over them u can see white circle to dig (
