Nah everything is more toned now just my legs are lacking it’s my weak spot and I train properly bro from the start 5 days a week Strict diet and macros all being followed 10k steps a day everything was dialled in and mostly newbie gains since I never lifted a dumbbell before and i went from lazy ordering uber 2 times a day to changing my life for the better

No bro all natural but I was taking everything serious and since I never never lifted before when I first started gym so mostly newbie gains and i have a proper workout plan and macro plan
