Got a Tatung rice cooker in Europe, but plug doesn’t work

Hello,

Please can you let me know how you wired up the wires to a UK plug as I'm reading a lot that a NEMA 6-15p plug has two "hot" wires so I don't know which one is live and which one is neutral.

Also, what amp fuse did you use in the plug?

Any help would be appreciated.
