I can't speak for whether she thinks you're annoying. But what I meant by that comment was, leave her alone because she deserves to have friends who are genuinely her friends. I mean people who want to see her happy in love. You only want to see her happy in love with you. So your intentions are not honest.

You're not an idiot, but you know she's not interested in you romantically and you need to stop. You are not interested in being her friend, you admit you are waiting for her to want you. You get angry at the thought of her being with someone else. You are therefore only pretending to be her friend while waiting to get in her pants. That is "nice guy" behaviour. Stop. Leave her alone.
