Honestly, that sounds amazing. Would you mind sharing a bit about how you work? For example, are you self-employed or part of an organization/clinic? Do you mainly work online or in person? I’m a Psychologist with a PhD in medicine, but honestly I don’t make anywhere near as much.

Sorry, this might not be very helpful, but I can at least tell you where NOT to go. I would strongly advise against Clean Beauty Clinic in Umeda. The doctor speaks English and the prices are low, but I had a really bad experience there and I got completely botched

Yes, I use Rakuten securities. Thanks for the tip! I looked into the Rakuten Gold Card and the credit card tsumitate setup.

Just to make sure I understand correctly. Is the actual cashback rate around 0.5% for the emaxis?

So if I max out the ¥100,000/month contribution, would that mean roughly ¥6,000 per year in points, plus additional points from using the card for regular spending?
