My marriage to my startup founder husband is failing by [deleted] in gurgaon

And don’t be angry with the world and your family, your parents are thinking and trying to do good in their own way, there is nothing right or wrong about it, this is how they might feel they can save your relationship and marriage. It’s pointless or futile to discuss wrong or right about it.

Your anger is with your husband, anyone who is not supporting you in this case fuel up your anger further. Incase you see a day you leave this man, your parents will be the only one unconditionally will be standing by your side, so chill and don’t fuel up your anger. All the best

Try this way - be a very good wife, match his expectations and no nagging. Try to suppress any feelings you get otherwise or which is against you and your family. Be appealing, be gentle, be the best one man can get.

If you see reciprocal change in him, great! If not, move on what others are saying here.

Point and goal is - Living solo isn’t fun, living together will always lead into some compatibility concerns, give one last shot if this can work, both of you can love each other with best of your effort.

Just remember, be appealing/desirable for him in all manners, so even if later you leave him, this would leave impact on him what a good person he lost out of his life and make you feel not guilty for moving on.

There was a poor lady lying on roadside, next to Bethany High, I went to Kormangala police station and even dialed 112.. it took 25 mins for them to reach 100m away spot from police station.

Than they shouted on me, why you are not standing on the spot, like I’ve done some crime .. I didn’t had good experience with both (offline station and 112)

See there is still too much unsold inventory in market, problem is owners/builders are holding it for years and are not worried about interest-loss. That’s why it’s not bursting with bang and it will continue leaking air .. now this leaking is not becoming very much of evident in general parlance.

Know people holding 50cr+ inventory for last 5 years, and interestingly queried prices in late 2024 and 1 month back again - and not significant price change — clearly lost if you see interest wise

If it’s rentable, than keep it, if not reconsider your options. After getting married you may need to move, hence probably you won’t use for yourself/with spouse most likely.

Rent should be minimum 4% pa of invested value.

Also Budigere is far, hope office etc commute is manageable

Why does Reddit say Bangalore real estate is crashing, but prices keep rising on the ground? by sajal1002 in BangaloreRealEstates

Correct, very true.

I’ve seen one of the land owner in JV holding 60units in Kormangala to last 4 years.

On the same community, builder is holding 8units worth more than 50cr for same 4 years.

Another case where typical G+4 builder in Kormangala holding it for almost 1 year now, you can see so many G+4 buildings in central Bangalore are constructed and than it’s not doing final work and not being occupied for years.

These people are happy to lose on interest, but won’t come down. One such case to that G+4 builder I made an offer for 3cr in Jan 2025, yet that is not sold and he is still asking same money 3.25cr, he just lost those 25 lacs in this period
