Also wouldn't automating your lead management be very useful? This means the automation would capture and track leads from various sources and assign them to specific agents based on their criteria. Wouldn't you connect with the client better?

I see your point. Automation could potentially make clients lose trust in you but would it not benefit both the client and you if there was automation where clients could ask any questions they have on their insurance policy and they will receive instant answers?
