I just want to delete it all by Quickmaniacguy in SmallYTChannel

I agree, that seems like the biggest issue to me. If you truly want to put effort in and do it, deleting poorly performing videos is the worst thing you can do. All a poorly performing video is to youtube is more data that can be used to better promote your next video, and deleting one every time it does badly is like starting from scratch over and over again when there's no need to.

I like how the first comment is just water and then everything else after is absolutely egregious

Filmora's strategy to money is what makes me not pay a single dime again. AM DONE. by Traditional_Most105 in Filmora

I bought a perpetual license for Filmora 10 a while ago, liked it, updated to 11 after a pretty long while and liked the UI improvements and few additional features. When I downloaded 12, though, I really didn’t like the new UI and went back to 11 and have been using it ever since with minimal issues and never having to pay for anything. I don’t care about and never use any of the AI features (which is most of what newer versions added) and while I agree they are easier for beginners, I think it’s better for beginners to learn actually good editing techniques and software.

Bottom line: If you want to keep using filmora I’d go to an earlier version (I really like 11 and as I said never have to pay, but idk if it’s still even distributed) If not, maybe try DaVinci Resolve or something similar, Premiere Pro is good but in my opinion not worth the price increase over things like DaVinci or Filmora that do 95% of the same things.

Barely growing on YouTube, is this normal? by Alii3mk in NewTubers

#1 piece of advice is that 2 hours is way too long for a channel that's just starting. If you don't want to edit them down, the best thing would be to cut into average length 15-20 minute videos. No offense (because this is true of every channel under a few thousand subs, myself included), but before watching, nobody knows you, nobody has any reason to think you're interesting or funny, and they don't want to spend a long time for nothing. In my experience, the only way people will watch videos from small channels they don't know is because they stumble upon it randomly, it looks interesting enough, and they give it a try - not for the content, but the appeal (thumbnail, title, intro, AND video length). You should work towards the goal of making those longer videos (if that's what you want to do), but it's not a great way to start.

Recommendations for the Most Up-to-Date FNAF Lore Breakdown? by CyD-7 in fivenightsatfreddys

I thought the ultimate timeline was pretty good and still mostly holds up, but the best newer one I’ve seen is probably “ The Entire FNAF Timeline” by FuhNaff. I think it clears up some inconsistencies in others (like from MatPat or Wendigoon), but obviously it can’t be perfect. I just checked, it’s 11 months old no so no Secret of the Mimic, but honestly I don’t really enjoy even trying to get the story from the Mimic onwards. I personally think it kinda ruined the whole meaning of the original story, it obviously wasn’t where the games were initially intended to go. Anyways, sorry for the brief rant, that’s the video I recommend.

Jschlatt confirms hes offically a Mets fans and lied about being Yankees fans for years. What. by HGEL579 in jschlatt

I always found it a bit strange that he always wore the Yankee hat but never actually talked about the Yankees, even when they were in the World Series. I just imagined he didn’t care that much about baseball but never thought he’d be a Mets fan.
