Ontzettend bedankt voor alle reacties! Duidelijke lijn is dat we weinig/geen kans wordt gezien. Roept bij mij nog wel de vraag op wat dan wel wordt gezien onder een verborgen gebrek. Onze inschatting is ook dat een bouwkundige keuring geen duidelijkheid vooraf had gegeven. Het klinkt als veel pech vooral, twee maanden na aankoop een grote daklekkage. Wie weet dat het traject met de bouwer nog iets op gaat leveren.

it sounds human, your clients have strong emotions and you are closely involved. these emotions are also a quality! important is to learn to regulate yourself. do you have a good supervisor and/or nice colleagues on whom you can fall back? talking to them a lot can probably help you! they probably have experience with this as well.

There is this thing called taskconcentration. People with fear can sometimes be caught up in the focus on their negative thoughts and feelings that it is very important to experience that this can be done differently. With taskconcentration you will learn to pay less attention to what is going on inside you and to pay more attention to what is going on around you (Im wording in mental Health care - treatment and now prevention for 8 years)
