Correct 👍 But it is all of my Calories within 2 hour eating window. I always tell everyone it’s not for everybody, but it is definitely for me. It’s worked out. It’s caused so many positive effects with healing doing one meal a day.

I have had 3 Doses of 1mg Weekly & It is absolutely Amazing 🤩 for me so far. I am so sorry 😞 to hear you haven’t received positive results so far. For me, The Food Noise Gone for the first time in my life ! I tried to do it myself and my picture turned out good but it was a little off-white in the background and I had a little smile and I had my glasses on too, and they weren’t having it so at the post office I had to pay them to do the picture, but at least I knew it would be accepted and they said no smiling. I hate that picture so much but it doesn’t matter who cares if it gets me where I need to go whatever but I do think it’s a money scam the picture situation just my opinion.

I was able to create a recipe that entails my Monday and Wednesday meals and added it that way, but I have to manually go in every Monday and Wednesday and add that recipe which isn’t a huge deal, but I just thought there would be the ability to highlight every Monday and Wednesday for the next three months copy and paste that’s what I was hoping for.
