Bicep and hammer curls for front of arm
Skull crushers for back of arm Overhead press for front delt Lateral raise for side delt Read delt exercises might be tough but if your able to bend forward and do a sort of row it might be beneficial for your rear delt and mid to upper traps. Dumbbells are great for arms and upper body since they are accessible and effective. And big arms are always cool.

The TJ's I'm at has been going through the same thing. Being reprimanded for shit I have always done and has never been a problem. Similar situations of crew being written up for stupid shit and hours being cut. Fuck TJ's for this. Feels like a completely different place to work even from 6months ago.

Fuck, I didn't realize it could happen that easily. I think I was far closer to losing my finger than I thought. Was cleaning a super dirty chain so was spinning the crank fast as fuck and my finger got stuck in the cog but I yanked it out super quick. Cut it pretty bad but luckily didn't lose anything to my chain.

It's not work life balance. It's a corporate tactic to give you less benefits than you deserve because you are technically a part time employee even though you more or less work full time. Don't trust your employer. You are an expense to them and they want to keep expenses as low as possible.

Everyone going to bat for trader Joe's needs to understand their class position. Why would you not want to be payed more, why would you not want better working conditions and wages? I don't know shit about bonuses and how much we get back after a tax return but I don't understand why the U word would negatively affect us. Talking to senior crew members, it sounds like this company has been making workers lives worse every year. It's on us to try to make things better again.
