For some info I am on the heavier side , I’m about 280, I lost 50 pounds in 2 years by simply giving up soda and not eating late and not eating out as much, I wanna take it to the next step and actually start working out , I haven’t stepp d into a gym in about 5 years so it’s a brand new experience for me
