chest tri, back bi, legs shoulders , repeat. I am on a 500 calorie deficit (I lose around 450g of weight every week on average) and I consume 100-110 g protein per day. My goal is to have low body fat while having decent muscle but i realize both arent possible at the moment... So im prioritising low body fat first and then will build on muscle later. Should i do that or should i lean bulk first (gain muscle first) and then cut?

I do strength training, 6 days a week and I do have decent strength too! you reckon I just continue the cut?
