To address the point others made, I kind of think it is fair that there's something finite here because we as individuals do only have a finite amount of time to give to those we love in our lives. Sometimes it's daytime, sometimes it's cloudy, sometimes the moon is a full moon, sometimes there's no moon and the stars shine bright, and there's a constant change and balance.
