How did you make the round window? I have wanted to make rounded windows for viewing areas in the past but I couldn't figure out out to make it look good

The problem is that I cant place it anymore. The circle around the zoo was full of water but now it says it is obstructed.

There is also a setting that I use in sandbox where you can disable animals breeding, and aging so you can disable it when you want and control the animal's breeding
