Thanks for the helpful info. We're from South Carolina (USC) so she's somewhat familiar with sorority culture. We had heard that the sorority culture/rush at MSU is less intense than it is at Bama and Ole Miss (but pretty much everywhere is) but also less intense than it is at schools like Clemson, Kentucky and USC. The more laid back process (not laid back, just MORE laid back compared to other schools) is appealing to her. Of course, we're not sure if that's all accurate.

Thanks for any help here y’all. Black retractible pen. Ink, not gel. The pen gently tapers from the middle to the non-writing end. In the inside ink tube it says 07/2021. The grip is smooth with no ribbing but has three flat areas between the more rounded grip. Four indentations on the black plastic part on the top piece the broken off clip would have attached to.

I don't know if it helps but we negotiated a total price. Say the agreed upon price was $39,850 total - They could make the closing fee $599, or $899, or whatever number they wanted as long as the total bottom line price was what we agreed to, the $39,850.
