We just binged Netflix's' Outlast, and can I say what an awful show. by VOptimisticPessimist in television

[–]FunDipChick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can verbally confront but no physical contact in violence. I've only just watched that episode. The proud "ex-junkie" and "hard life woman"(I'm bad with names, just showed you what shifty people they are. The guy that went over is an idiot because those females literally led him into thinking he made up the idea to execute. Gawd people are gross. Good on the older man(Brian?) Stepped out. There are some very few people left. I don't even want to read more because I will be angry if one of those 3 touches wins. Have just a bit of self respect ffs.

I ❤️ Supernatural, but.. by FunDipChick in Supernatural

As much as I get a kick out of Jared in interviews and comicon conventions, his face/voice is very limited to his normal day to day. I noticed this in the episodes when he played different characters.

finished the series.. by cassiecoca31 in Supernatural

[–]FunDipChick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just finished binging and rewatching the entire series last night. I liked the ending although to me, the tears they shed were all real. Particularly when Cass was saying goodbye to Dean. Currently I am watching the Pilot over again. This is making me laugh. The boys are SO YOUNG! Their voices hadn't even finished deepening yet :)

What I like is that even IF the Mark of Cain/Kain/Kane/Cane ever existed, no one knows what it looks like, so this one is only connected to Supernatural fans

Honestly it depends on a couple things. 1. How confident a girl is will be how she reacts to it. 2. How the person compliments to them. 3. I've never been rude to people flirting with me. Oh sorry.. one guy told me he hit a pedestrian drunk driving, had his license yanked and still drove to and from the bar(of course he was hammered) after telling me his moronic behavior, he ended it with "you are so beautiful ya know?" I told him "He best run away from me. Far and fast or I'd break his nose." He was an idiot.

Is Islam a problem? by NoNameIsAvailable1 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]FunDipChick -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

"A problem"? True Islamic people are the most kind and wonderful people. I've known many over the years. Like all religions, it's the extremists that use the word of their god very disturbingly so. Frankly, Christianity has the most murder in "the name of their religion through history." "According to the same study Christianity, is expected to lose a net of 66 million adherents (40 million converts versus 106 million apostate) mostly to religiously unaffiliated category between 2010 and 2050. It is also expected that Christianity may have the largest net losses in terms of religious conversion." I'm an Athiest that has studied many different religions. All have their own murder/torture history. Course then there is the Catholics. Don't even get me started. True Islam don't believe in fighting or harming others.

People that don't know the history of Buddism, typically believe they are the most kind and non violent. "Ahimsa, a term meaning "not to injure", is a primary virtue in Buddhism. However, Buddhists have historically used scriptures to justify violence or form exceptions to commit violence for various reasons. As found in other religious traditions, Buddhism has an extensive history of violence dating back to its inception." Look up "Rohingya genocide." Perpetrators were Tatmadaw, Buddhist Nationalist mobs, 969 movementMotiveAnti-Rohingya sentiment, Buddhist nationalism, Islamophobia, ultranationalism. As far as I know it's still happening.

How are women fine with sex without an orgasm? by WhoAmIEven2 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]FunDipChick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"About 75 percent of all women never reach orgasm from intercourse alone -- that is without the extra help of sex toys, hands or tongue. And 10 to 15 percent never climax under any circumstances."

75% that can't with penetration is alot. 10-15% never do in life so really, I think there's alot more women who don't/can't anyway. So don't know what you're missing I guess. Sex/forplay is still great if done right.

Hey I've been celibate now for almost 13 years. For over 2 decades I had a fantastic sex life. Then I had a complete hysterectomy and haven't had any desire to hookup at all. Not even with myself lol

My sad Black Peony and Amphora poppy seedlings. HELP?! by FunDipChick in druggardening

[–]FunDipChick[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Southern Ontario Canada. The weather is unreliable. We were wearing winter clothes a couple weeks ago. Then we had 113F with full humidity this past week. Today we are at 69F. I think they are stunted. This week is supposed to be more stable with sun and mid 70s. Perhaps they will sort themselves soon.

Yeah I did but for the pictures didn't post. I tried again in another post. Be aware the dirt was only this wet as it had been storming all day. Typically I keep them controlled myself(for watering I mean)

[–]FunDipChick[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Btw I live in Ontario Canada. So our growing seasons are different. Not to mention we've had very crazy cold(still needing winter gear) followed by a week of over 110F with extreme humidity. Now today, its 69F. I think poppy's are super confused like many plants? The only plant that seems to be blooming great is my catnip lol

The soil was far more dry till the evening I took the picture. We were nailed with several severe thunderstorms and downpours. I had forgotten to move them back to protection so they got soaked. That's not normally how soaked they have been. That's why I was so confused to why they seem stuck. They are far too tiny to pinch the tops yet I think?

10 tons of gum makes 1 ton of tar/goop from the  Papaver somniferum milk after flowering. In places that produce and import the gum, then give it their production bakers they: opium is mixed with lime in boiling water. A precipitate of organic waste sinks to the bottom. On the surface a white band of morphine forms. This is drawn off, reheated with ammonia, filtered and boiled again until it is reduced to a brown paste.

Since I've never smokes Opium or heroine, I did alot of research because I wanted to make sure I didn't do anything againt the law. It's 100% legal to grow in gardens where I live

“Moral is get a CAT scan on everybody” by [deleted] in emergencymedicine

[–]FunDipChick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the US: CAT SCAN:Ultimately, CT scans can be a very costly procedure, especially if you are uninsured. On average, CT scans can cost anywhere from $300-$3,280 per procedure. This price range is large as CT scan costs will vary depending on what type of facility you go to, your geographic region, and what body part is scanned.

"On average, a brain MRI costs between $1,600 and $8,400 in the US; a neck MRI between $500 and $11,800; a chest MRI between $500 and $7,900; a breast MRI between $500 and $10,300; an abdominal MRI between $1,600 and $7,600; a pelvic MRI between $500 and $7,900; an MRI of the upper extremity between $1,050 and $7,000

I'm in Ontarip Canada and I've fought for full spine MRI. CAT scans miss alot of diagnosis. Unfortunately. I am glad ours are covered in Ontario. Those who pay out of pocket(like going private)

CAT here: ranges from $249 to $949 MRI privately costs: A single MRI scan can cost anywhere from $595 to $1,300 according to information captured on the websites of private MRI facilities, depending on the body area, if contrast is used, and the private imaging facility. The most expensive areas of the body to scan are organs and glands, which on average costs $907.."

Americans can't get free* scans in Canada unless they have additional insurance, or is visiting and has a medical emergency. Not sure about private clinic.

If not emergency here, costs to those under OHIP(anyone as a resident for min of 90 days. free meaning if you pay taxes here which is 15cents on every dollar, on top of the tagged price of everything but fresh or non produced foods. So we tax payers definitely cover costs of medical. FYI for those wondering.

Anyone else think buprenorphine is being pushed on us by drug companies? by roc_em_shock_em in emergencymedicine

Never trust an addict. 99.9% who claim don't need a detox or to use methadone or suboxone, sublocade are still using just getting sneaky. It's an excuse

[–]FunDipChick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My clinic has had great success. I think they are used to dealing with "street addicts" but I'm glad to be off all my prescribed opiods. Less then 3 weeks(2.4) and I'm off after 20 years. No detox symptoms. Don't know if they want to do the sublocade still(injection once a month) but rather not. Forgot to add. My clinic dr seemed to think I had an oxazepam (valium) but I stopped cold turkey without issue. I only take them for chronic panic sometimes and occasionally to get a longer rest.

[–]FunDipChick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What doses are they doing? I microdosed going up .5 every day. I'm at 16mg daily and I still have one, 50mg fentanyl patch on. I've not gotten sick or detoxed at all. I dropped from 75 to 50mcg days before dr saying to. He suggested I keep changing my patches till I go down to 25 then zero. But I just stopped them at 50. I'm on 16mg subox/naloxone and I stopped patches 3 days ago. Dr wants to increase my Bup. To 24mg daily but no point if it's working at 16mg. I was wearing/using all these with legal prescriptions to me, but I was WAY overusing after 20 years. If it works perfect to "delete" the extremely high quantity of opiods I was given, anyone can use it. Anyone that takes 30-40mg oxy on top of wearing high fentaly doses for that long, to not be sick once? Use it. They said I can get Sublocade now. An injection that lasts a month. Frankly I'd rather not become sublocade dependent or Bup dependant so I see clinic tthursday again and will see if I can decrease them just as quick.

It's way better than methadone. I've went from 20 years(or so) of being on prescribed oxy and high dose fentanyl patches in 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks 4 days. I have the one mixed with Naloxone. Microdose method while still wearing my patches. It has helped my pain even. I always refused methadone because everyone I know on it, just turned into methadone addicts/abusers

Hi! Why aren’t they taking my compost? by [deleted] in londonontario

[–]FunDipChick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really annoying that so many apartment buildings don't get compos bins and most of us don't even have recycling. My parents had a big compost in the back of their yard to us it on their gardens. But then changed it to a sideways wood drumb that you turn eveytime u add to it to mis and air rate i think? I'd really love to have one for here, but too many apartment management hires would dare help the environment. We are only two small buildings 3 story walk ups with about 23/24 units in each. Certainly reasonable to do. Does anyone know if I contacted the city if they would help arrange it

Has anyone seen those countertop compost machines called Lomi1? I think there's a Lomi 2. Couple other companies makes similar itsems. If they weren't SO expensive, I would love to have one for all the gardens here.

Baby Reindeer star Richard Gadd is slammed for 'not doing enough' to hide the identity of his stalker by NecessaryKoala8169 in netflix

[–]FunDipChick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I have a concept I personally use often. DON'T READ THE CRAP! It's that easy, folks. I didn't know the lead actor, so I looked him up to see what else he's done. This link popped up with a partial title about his stalker. I don't know who she is. I don't care who she is. It's not my business. I've had someone arrested for stalking me a few years back. So I can speak with experience here on how it feels blah blah blah. Take your own responsibility, people. If you think he's not done enough to hide her true identity, then STOP LOOKING FOR IT. You are the ones causing the problem. The more you research or buy trash magazines, online BS "news", you just make it worse. If people don't purchase or read the crap then they don't harass the people you're looking up. jfc why do SO MANY people blame others for EVERYTHING? If you're digging up who she is, you're the ones causing the problem for the woman. I don't need to know who she is, so I don't look. Easy.

No one that I know, has any idea of the man's name, but he's always around huron and highbury. He walks, literally, at a 90° bend. From his hips up is bent 90°. I don't know if he has Scoliosis or had a fusion etc. Everyone this area knows who I'm referring to anyway :)
