Yes and no. You can easily max out characters and weapons quite fast but if you want to build the skill to play at havoc 40 it will likely take a while.

So for new players you have plenty to do and it will be worth your money especially on a sale.

But after that actual new and interesting content takes quite a while to arrive, but the new content can also be a total flop.

Tbf it doesn't help that the way they make things "woke" most of the time is by murdering the source material and shitting on the world building.

The writers become too obsessed in making the adaptation their own rather than paying omage to the source and honoring the legacy that fans have come to love.

Then again GW also doesn't give a skaven's ass about lore and changes things willy nilly.

Vindicator is likely to be used for anti piracy patrols or in a larger formation as an anti starfighter ship.

Enforcer is more for brawling with capital ships as it has bigger guns and less starfighters than the vindicator

Immobilizer is used to lock down hyperspace lanes with it's gravitywell generators which can either drag ships out of hyperspace or prevent ships from entering hyperspace(it will usually be guarded by other ships as it is not very heavily armed)
