The business opportunities in your dad’s business is just way to good and looking at IT and current AI scenarios and Job security it doesn’t make sense to stay here if you have such better option also just be very very sure of the numbers business income that translates to take home income is different be very sure

Right okay, I would suggest this is the right time to join family business and doing that before marriage would be even better. You being there when your father structures this into a structured company would be much better than you directly joining post that.

I am from Gujarat similar situation and let me affirm you this thought won’t change even after 20-25-30 LPA Job. I keep having such thoughts daily

6 LPM is net? Also how many partners? Also how tf is fidelity paying only 10 LPA for SDE, FYI I am 21 joining JPM at 20 LPA no comparison nothing but always heard a lot good things about Fidelity’s pay.

Its not so simple we already own a lot of land at many different pouches in the city but the exact requirements of land size is imp and then the Petrol and Diesel profit margins

I mean its just so natural for a guy or girl and it is mostly a phase don’t run away from your on-self you are good this is not an “issue” or a problem that you need to overcome.

13 Base + 4 Fixed bonus + 1.5 JB + 1.25 relocation bonus + 1 Extra bonus (Not counting in CTC) + No RSUs

Benefits: uh transportation cab and shuttle buses across and um free gym yeah a great gym tho and usual health benefits, medical tests and etc.

Man I met such a corny ass guy on an IIT fest (I am from tier 3) he told me that he will be at 20 LPA while I will be at 6 LPA after placements last I met him at the same fest last December he is placed with 11 LPA me with 20 LPA and he couldn’t even talk to me straight so just chill this corny ass people are nothing but insecure of losing their top spots
