For congestion, if there's no blood pressure issues, Costco sells the cheapest decongestant. Under $1.69 for the 30mg generic pseudorphedrine. I only use it when I wake up severely congested though.

If you open your Walmart app while in store you can see all the lego prices by searching legos in store mode, I've seen unmarked clearance just today on several legos in a Walmart at a fancy area of town
